Temp, Speed, and Fan Speed impact to sunlu ABS filament on kingroon kp3s pro v2

Written by Dimas

3d printing with ABS filament is pretty hard. with all the stringing, colapsing, wraping etc. After many try (aprox 300 g filament). just to find best setting that create flawless result with this sunlu filament on kingroon kp3s pro v2.

1. Temperature

from the factory, the recomended temperature is 250-260°C for the extruder 'nozzle', and 80-110 °C for the bed.

after many attempt i find that perfect temp for this filament is 240°C for the extruder. and 100 °C for the bed. this setting will create flawless result if we combine with other aspect

2. Printing Speed

the printing speed i use for the inner wall is 250 mm/S. and for the outer wall is 65 mm/S

this will create smooth outer wall and avoid stringing. while still maintain speed and time of the printing

3. Fan Speed

i use 5% of fan speed just to cool down the filament in "bridge" like structure and avoid the filament colapsing and hold the structure from the hot temperature

4. Result

test only aplied in big boat.

the right is to cold
the middle is to hot
the left is perfect temperature
